1. Cancellation by User
- Free Cancellation: Bookings can be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up time.
- Late Cancellation: If a booking is cancelled within 24 hours of the pick-up time, a nominal cancellation fee (usually 20-30% of the booking advance) may be deducted.
- No Show: If the passenger does not show up at the designated pick-up location within the waiting period, the entire advance payment will be forfeited.
2. Cancellation by Yatri Vahaan
In the rare event that we are unable to fulfill your booking due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., severe weather, vehicle breakdown without a replacement available), we will notify you immediately and process a 100% full refund of any advance paid.
3. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed back to the original method of payment within 5-7 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund to your account.
4. Modifications
If you need to change your pick-up time or vehicle type, please contact our support team at least 12 hours in advance. Modifications are subject to vehicle availability and may incur changes in pricing.
