2. Booking and Payments
- All bookings are subject to vehicle availability.
- Dynamic pricing may apply during peak hours, festivals, or high demand situations.
- Toll taxes, parking fees, and state entry taxes (if applicable) are extra unless explicitly mentioned in the booking quote.
3. User Responsibilities
Users are expected to maintain the decorum of the vehicle. Any damage caused to the vehicle's interior or exterior by the passenger will incur a penalty and repair charges.
4. Liability
Yatri Vahaan ensures safe and reliable travel but shall not be held liable for delays caused by traffic, weather conditions, road blocks, or vehicle breakdowns beyond our immediate control.
